Thank you for you purchase! Sorry NO REFUNDS at the moment, Exchanges only.

To be eligible for a exchange, you have 15 days after receiving your item, must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@desiertoslife.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

***Please keep on mind the color may vary from the pictures due the nature of the leather and them being a handmade artisanal products, also may have a minor imperfections this is completely normal to real leather, and that's NOT a reason to exchange. Apply on all our footwear (huaraches), accessories and hats.


Exceptions / non-EXCHANGE items
Certain types of items cannot be EXCHANGES, (such as face masks), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
